Sedimentary Reservoir Characterization of Permian Wutonggou Formation in Huoyanshan

Abstract
High industrial production of heavy-oil in Well Yb1 leads to a heavy-oil exploration boom in Huoyans-han. Research indicates that there is a positive relation between the enrichment level of heavy-oil reservoir and fa-vorable facies distribution. Considering this understanding,the gradual refinement of"definite provenance-definite sedimentary system-definite favorable facies-definite reservoir"is used to systematically research the sedimentary reservoir for the first time and identify the development of sedimentary systems. BP and SPR methods are used to predict the reservoirs in major target areas. Two well positions with favorable application are successfully placed, which also points out the further exploration trend and is of great significance to the heavy-oil exploration in Huoy-anshan.关键词
