摘要
Abstract
With the increasing of the novel applications and services,the higher requirements are raised about quality of service (QoS) such as bandwidth and latency.For the hot issue of supporting end-to-end QoS in traditional network architectures,a variety of solutions were put forward by academia and industry,which failed or could not meet the requirements because of the limitations of the traditional network.The emergence of the software defined network (SDN) has changed such limitations of traditional networks.According to the problem of traditional QoS,we use the viewpoint of SDN to improve QoS.Through the analysis of QoS support in OpenFlow-based SDN architecture,it is found that implementing QoS under OpenFlow-based SDN architecture is easier and more flexible than in traditional network.Moreover,the latest achievements for QoS based on SDN architecture are introduced and their future works have been summa-rized.关键词
