摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of difficult inspection and low maintenance efficiency of elevators,this paper presents a design of elevator monitoring system based on the Internet of Things.The system consists of PLC monitoring terminal,wireless communication network,cloud platform,PC monitoring center and Android APP.PLC is divided into the primary PLC and the secondary PLC,it is responsible for monitoring and collecting running data of the elevator,and it transmits data to cloud platform with the wireless network of DTD433ME and DTP-S09F,and data analysis and summary are completed in the cloud.The users can real-time monitor running state of the elevator through the PC and Android,so that maintenance person nel timely receives alarm information of the elevator.The system not only improves the maintenance efficiency of the elevator,but also facilitates the elevator manufacturers to assess the quality of the elevator,and facilitates the government supervision.
