Synthesis of 2-trifluoromethyl-2,3-dihydro-1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives
摘要
Abstract
The synthesis of trifluoromethylated 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives by acylation and cyclization of trifluoromethylated ketone-derived acylhydrazones is reported,which are used as trifluoromethyl building blocks and acetic anhydride in the absence of catalysts.The features of this process include shorter reaction steps,concise manipulation and high yields.关键词
