Halide Perovskite Based Two-Dimensional Nanocrystals:Synthesis and Luminescence Properties

Abstract
Halide perovskites have received great attentions due to their interesting optical properties and potential optoelectronic applications.Due to the intrinsic layered structure, halide perovskite based two-dimensional nanomaterials can be controlled by adjusting the thickness in the nanoscale dimension.In this review,we present the progress of halide perovskite based two-dimensional nanomaterials with a focus on synthesis, optical properties and electroluminescence devices.Moreover, we also discuss the potential challenges and task in the future.关键词
