气液增力缸:冲压特性分析
Analysis for Stamping Characteristics of Gas-liquid Booster Cylinder

Abstract
Aiming at the development of high-tech gas-liquid booster cylinder,we analyze the structure,the working principle and the mathematical model of the gas-liquid booster cylinder by taking the German TOX company's S8.30.200.12 model as the representative.Using AMESim to build the gas-liquid booster cylinder simulation model,we obtain the stamping characteristic curve of gas-liquid booster cylinder and the delay-commutation characteristic curve of differential pressure reversing valve.The simulated stamping characteristic error is within 5% of the reference and the experimental values,which reflects the reliability of the simulation model.In addition,the characteristic curve of force stroke conversion valve accurately reflects the delay characteristics of gas-liquid booster cylinder,and plays a certain role in the development of the domestic advanced gas-liquid booster cylinder.关键词
