液相基质中微量金属元素Pb的激光诱导击穿光谱研究
Aninvestigation on the laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy of the trace heavy metal element Pb in liquid matrix
摘要
Abstract
The LIBS of trace heavy metal element lead in Pb(NO3)2solution was measured by the single-pulse laser technique. The time evolution properties (300 ns-1300 ns)of the heavy metal element Pb LIBS signal were investigated,The optimum experimental conditions were obtained, The time delay is about 800ns and the suitable ablation laser energy is 35 mJ for the solution of Pb(NO3)2. Under the optimum condition we measured the LIBS calibration curves for Pb in solutions and obtained the LIBS detection limit(LOD) with the values 177 ppm for Pb from the fitting of the calibration curve.关键词
