低分子肝素钠注射液联合奥扎格雷钠注射液治疗急性脑血栓的临床研究
Clinical trial of low molecular heparin sodium injection combined with ozagrel sodium injection in the treatment of acute cerebral thrombosis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of low molecular weight heparin sodium injection combined with ozagrel sodium injection in the treatment of acute cerebral thrombosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral thrombosis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 40 cases per group.Control group was given lacidipinc 2 mg bid,orally + glipizide 5 mg bid,orally.Treatment group was given low molecular heparin sodium 5000 U qd subcutaneous injection + ozagrel sodium 60 mg bid intravenous infusion,on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,the national institutes of health stroke score (NIHSS),hemodynamics indexes,morbidity and recurrence rates,and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rates in treatment and control groups were 92.50％ (37 cases/40 cases) and 75.00％ (30 cases/40 cases) with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the main indexes in treatment and control groups were compared:the scores of neural function defect scale were (14.30 ± 1.30) and (16.12 ± 1.71) points,whole blood viscosity were (4.85 ± 0.41) and (5.36 ± 0.44) mPa · s,plasma viscosity were (1.54 ± 0.21) and (1.75 ± 0.20) mPa· s,hematocrit were (42.00 ± 6.00)％ and (49.00 ± 3.00)％,fibrinogen were (3.72 ± 0.34) and (3.95 ± 0.37)g · L-1,the differences were statistically significant (all P ＜ 0.05).The adverse drug reactions in two groups were based on weak and dry mouth.The incidences of adverse drug reactions in treatment and control groups were 7.50％ and 5.00％ without significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin sodium injection combined with ozagrel sodium injection has a definitive clinical efficacy,which can repair the damaged nerve cell function,improve the prognosis,without increasing the incidence of adverse drug reactions.关键词
