对头孢他啶注射液稳定性的影响因素研究
Effect on the stability of ceftazidime injection
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of temperature changes on the stability of ceftazidime in 0.9% NaC1 injection and 5% glucose injection.Methods The content of the drug in ceftazidime injection was measured at different temperatures (28,37 ℃) and different time (0,0.5,1,1.5,2,2.5,3,4,5,6,24,30,48 h).Results The results of stability of ceftazidime injection at 28 ℃ and 37 ℃ indicated that the drug content of ceftazidime injection decreased and the degradation product increased with the prolongation of time.The injection was amber yellow from clear and transparent.Conclusion Ceftazidime injection should not be stored for more than 5 hours in high temperature,or there will be adverse drug reactions in clinical application.Therefore,in actual use,we should pay special attention to storage conditions,the temperature should not be too high,and it is best to match the current use.关键词
