Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of preventive effect of flurbiprofen axetil on perioperative pain management during orthopedic surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia were randomly divided into control group (without preventive analgesia) and treatment group (with preventive analgesia).The patients in treatment group were treated with flurbiprofen axetil 50 mg + 0.9％ NaC1 100 mL intravenous infusion at 15 min before operation.The control group was given 0.9％ NaCI 100 mL intravenously.The rest and movement pain scores were evaluated by visual analogue scale (VAS) at 6,24,48 and 72 h after operation.The remedy analgesia,adverse drug reactions and patient satisfaction in two groups were recorded.Results The resting state VAS in treatment group at 6,24,48 and 72 h after operation were 3.60 ± 1.20,3.10 ± 1.30,2.40 ± 0.90,1.60 ± 0.80,had significant differece with those in control group,which were 4.40±2.20,3.80±1.70,2.90 ±1.40,1.90±1.00 (P＜0.05).The movement state VAS in treatment group at 6,24,48 and 72 h after operation were 4.40 ± 1.30,3.70 ± 1.30,2.90 ± 0.90,2.00 ± 0.70,had significant difference with those in control group,which were 5.10 ± 1.60,4.90 ± 1.40,3.50 ± 1.00,2.60 ± 0.60 (P ＜ 0.05).The adverse drug reactions in the treatment group and the control group were nausea and vomiting,and the incidences of adverse drug reactions were 6.00％ (3 cases/50 cases) and 48.00％ (24 cases/50 cases),respectively,with significant difference(P ＜0.01).Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil preventive analgesia can significantly alleviate the postoperative pain,improve patient satisfaction,with lower incidence of adverse drug reactions.关键词
