精子相关抗原4在肺癌组织中表达情况及其与预后关系的研究
Study on the relationship between expression of sperm associated antigen 4 and prognosis in patients with lung cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression level of sperm associated antigen 4 (SPAG4) in lung cancer and its relationship with the prognosis of patients.Methods The expression of SPAG4 protein in 75 cases of primary lung cancer tissues and 10 cases of normal lung tissues was detected by immunohistochemical SP method.Pearson's Chi-squaretest was used to analyze the correlation between pathological indicators (age,sex,tumor type,clinical stage,differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis) and SPAG4.Kaplan-Meier survival curve was used to analyze the relationship between SPAG4 expression and the prognosis of lung cancer patients.Results The SPAG4 positive expression rate in normal tissues,adjacent tissues and lung cancer tissues were 0,30.67% and 77.33%,respectively,the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05).SPAG4 overexpression was associated with clinical stage,differentiation and lymph node metastasis of lung cancer (all P < 0.05).Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that the overall survival time of lung cancer patients with positive SPAG4 expression and negative SPAG4 expression respectively were 46.86 months and 55.41 months.The disease free survivaltime respectively were 23.95 months,38.65 months.The lung cancer patients with positive SPAG4 expression had worse prognosis than those with negative SPAG4 expression (all P < 0.05).Conclusion The high expression of SPAG4 protein plays an important role in the malignant development of lung cancer,which can be used as a new marker to predict the prognosis of lung cancer.关键词
