水光注射三联疗法联合大光斑低能量Q开关1064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗黄褐斑疗效观察
Observation on Clinical Efficacy of Water Injection Therapy Combined with Large Spot Low Energy Q switch 1 064nm Nd :YAG Laser in the Treatment of Chloasma

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of water injection therapy combined with large spot low energy Q switch 1 064nm Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of chloasma. Methods 60 patients with typical clinical symptoms of Chloasma in our hospital from 2013-2016 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group had a total of 30 cases.The treatment group of patients were applied water injection therapy(hyaluronic acid 2.5ml,tranexamic acid3ml,reduced glutathione1.5ml),every 2 months injection of 1 times,a total of 3 times.They were applied Q switch 1 064nm Nd:YAG laser(spot diameter 6-7nm, energy density 3.0-4.06J/cm2) after 1 month receiving water injection therapy,two treatments were performed alternately.The control group were applied only Q switch 1 064nm Nd:YAGlaser,once a month,a total of 6 times. Results The effective rate of 83.3%;the effective rate of 56.7%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05),patients of both groups do not appearance obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Water injection therapy combined with large spot low energy Q switch 1 064nm Nd:YAG laser can improve skin texture, reduce chloasma. The effect was obviously better than that of Q switch 1 064nm laser, and the safety of Nd:YAG was better.However,the degree of improvement of chloasmais closely related to the number of treatment and postoperative skin repair and maintenance using water injection therapy combined with large spot low energy Q switch 1 064nm Nd:YAG laser.关键词
