Abstract
As the most authoritative science and technology award in China's agricultural field, the Chinese Agricultural Science and Technology Award plays an important role in motivating the scientific and technological personnel and stimulating the scientific and technological innovation. Whether an agricultural science and technology achievement could be rewarded depends on its academic level and practical value,but also on many other factors such as the written application materials.In this paper,techniques of improving the declaration quality of Chinese Agricultural Science and Technology Award are analyzed from various aspects, and some main declaration essentials are put forward,which can provide references for promoting the success rate of declaration.关键词
