农村宅基地入市问题与路径研究——以长垣县为例
Rural Housing Land:Problems and Path in Entering Market A Case of Changyuan
摘要
Abstract
Facing the problems of arable land protection and insufficient urban construction land,study on the market circulation of rural housing land has become more prominent. Based on the methods of questionnaire and inductive analysis, taking Changyuan as an example which was the pilot of the circulation of national collective construction land,the authors analyzed the rural housing land circulation situation,summarized the problems in the management of housing land, explored the ways and methods, which were suitable for the economic development of core areas of grain production under the new normal, for the rural housing land to enter market,and proposed that planning guidance,legislative support,scientific control,planning supervision were the effective choices for rural housing land to enter the market.关键词
