华法林致急性肾损伤一例报道及文献复习
Acute Kidney Injury Caused by Warfarin Treatment: a Case Report and Literature Review
摘要
Abstract
The causes of acute kidney injury (AKI) can be divided into prerenal, intrinsic and postrenal according to the pathological regions. We reported the diagnosis and treatment of one case of AKI associated with overdose of the oral anticoagulant warfarin. Furthermore, we discussed warfarin-related nephropathy (WRN) based on the review of relevant articles, with a view to improving clinicians' understanding and identification capability of WRN caused by warfarin treatment and broadening their relevant knowledge, by which the possibilities of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of this disease could be reduced considerably.关键词
