中国台湾地区全民健保背景下的分级诊疗概况及其对大陆的启示

摘要
Abstract
The implementation of hierarchical medical system can hardly achieve good effects without a sound healthcare delivery system. We introduced the healthcare delivery system and implementation status of hierarchical medical system during the operation of the universal health insurance system in Taiwan, summarized Taiwan's good experience, and concluded that hierarchical medical system is well under way in Taiwan, thanks to reasonable cooperation mechanism between medical institutions and the implementation of network-based healthcare plan. Moreover, based on this, we proposed the following suggestions for promoting the development of hierarchical medical system in the mainland of China: improving the service capacities of grassroots medical institutions, facilitating the development of medical consortium, advancing the establishment of network-based medical information sharing platform, and enhancing people's awareness of healthcare as well as hierarchical medical system.关键词
