北京市全科医生循证医学实践现状的质性研究
Qualitative Research on Current Situation of Evidence-based Medicine Practice among General Practitioners in Beijing

Abstract
Objective To explore the current situation of evidence-based medicine (EBM) practice among general practitioners (GPs) in Beijing. Methods A qualitative study was carried out using focus group interviews to 14 GPs selected by convenient sampling in January 2017 in Beijing. The interviews included the understanding of EBM, the experience of EBM in clinical practice, the difficulties and problems in the practice of EBM.Using the content analysis method to analyze the interview data, and summarize the topic of interviews. Results GPs' understanding of EBM was one-sided. GPs in clinical practice mainly obtained medical information to practice EBM from clinical practice guidelines, the Internet, experts, textbooks and the peer exchange, and most GPs obtained medical information through smart phone apps. The main barriers for GPs to implement EBM in daily practice were the insufficient attention provided by primary health service institutions, distrust of patients, and the lack of training for GPs. Conclusion Due to the lack of evidence-based awareness, and knowledge and resources of EBM, the EBM practice of GPs in Beijing is insufficient. Most of the GPs obtained the EBM information mainly from network resources. Future researches should be conducted to explore actively the relevant recommendations and strategies of EBM to promote the implementation of EBM in primary health service institutions and standardize the general medical services.关键词
