基于共现网络的我国乡村医生继续教育研究现状分析
Continuing Education for Rural Doctors in China: a Concurrent Network-based Situation Analysis Based upon Literature Review

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current status and challenges of continuing education for rural doctors in China based on a systematical review of the related articles. Methods Using the search terms in Chinese ("rural doctor""village doctor" "continuing education" "in-service training" "in-service education") combined logically, we searched CNKI for studies about continuing education for rural doctors published between 1997 and 2016. Using SPSS 23.0 software, we performed a descriptive statistical analysis of the data of the included studies. The articles were analyzed by means of bibliometrics and the visualization analysis provided by CNKI. Results Totaled 153 articles were included. During the period between 1997 and 2016, the annual number of published articles varied significantly, but presented an gradually increasing trend generally. A total of 94 institutions were involved. The number of institution that published more than 7 articles, 3-6 articles, 2 articles and 1 article was 3, 9, 12 and 70 respectively. Eleven subjects were involved, of them, the most commonly studied two subjects were medical and health policies, laws and regulations[64.7% (99/153)] and interdisciplinary medical sciences [28.8% (44/153)]. The proportion of the first author from institutions of higher learning and eastern China was 69.9% (107/153), 56.9% (87/153), respectively. The total citation frequency of these articles was 781, but most of them [74.5% (114/153)] were cited less than 6 times. A total of 496 related key words were extracted (714 times). Twenty-one key words were used ≥3 times, of them, "rural doctor" (58 times) and "continuing education" (37 times) were most frequently used. Concurrent network-based analysis found that the combinations of "rural doctor" and "continuing education", "rural doctor" and "training", "Chinese medicine" and"continuing education", "rural doctor" and "current status", "rural" and "continuing education", "rural" and "measures" were most concurrently used, with a frequency of 22, 8, 6, 5, 4, 4 times, respectively. Conclusion The number of articles concerning continuing education for rural doctors in China is far from satisfactory, but it is on the rise. The involved subjects, institution and region that the author from are not unevenly distributed, and the citation frequency is low in general, the main focused aspects are rural doctor, continuing education, training and so on.关键词
