我国城市社区健康管理的问题与对策研究
Problems of Health Management in Urban Communities and Corresponding Countermeasures in China
摘要
Abstract
As the high mortality rate and high disability rate caused by chronic diseases, there is a growing demand for the health management in communities in China. This paper introduces the research progress of health management in urban communities. There are some problems of the health management in urban communities in China, such as the weak foundation and unsound functions of community health service centers, unreasonable evaluation mechanism, imperfect medical security system, unsound "gatekeeper" system, inadequate two-way referral work, and non-standard health management. Corresponding countermeasures are improving the functions and service quality of urban community health service centers, coordinating social resources, improving the medical security system, increasing the training of general practitioners, establishing the sound family doctor system, implementing the two-way referral system and strengthening the talent training of health management with a view to develop the health management in urban communities in China.关键词
