Mechanism of Ventricular-arterial Coupling and Its Influencing Factors
摘要
Abstract
Ventricular-arterial coupling refers to a matching relationship between cardiac function and peripheral vessels. The heart still can provide adequate blood for peripheral organs even in pathological conditions by adjusting the matching arterial properties. At present, the researches on ventricular-arterial coupling mainly focus on the field of cardiac diseases, pulmonary diseases and circulatory shock. This paper summarizes the research progress on the mechanism of ventricular-arterial coupling and its influencing factors in above fields.关键词
