个体电脑豁达治疗对肺癌患者脑电波及医院焦虑抑郁情绪量表评分的影响研究
Effect of Individual Computer Magnanimous Therapy on Brain Wave Test Results and Scores of HADS in Patients with Lung Cancer

Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of Individual Computer Magnanimous Therapy (ICMT) on brain wave test results and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) among lung cancer patients. Methods According to the enrollment criteria of this study, we recruited 82 cases of lung cancer who received treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University from January 2015 to March 2017 and divided them into the experimental group and control group with 41 cases in each based on the matched case-control study design. Both groups received conventional antineoplaston therapy, the experimental group additionally received ICMT. Brain wave values (α, β, θ and SMR wave), scores of HADS and its subscales were compared before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment between the two groups. Correlations of brain wave values of the experimental group (α, β, θ and SMR wave) with HADS scores were analyzed. Results After receiving treatment, compared with the control group, the experimental group demonstrated much higher α wave value but lower value of β, θ and SMR wave as well as lower scores of HADS and its subscales (P<0.05); for the experimental group, the SMR wave value did not change significantly (P>0.05), but α wave value increased substantially, value of β and θ waves decreased notably, and scores of HADS and its subscales declined significantly compared to the baseline status (P<0.05). The score of HADS was not linearly correlated with the value of α,β,θ or SMR wave in the experimental group (P>0.05), as were the scores of its two subscales (P>0.05). Conclusion For lung cancer patients, ICMT could improve brain wave test results and scores of HADS and its subscales, relieve the anxiety and depression, which is contributive to coping with lung cancer peacefully, actively and optimistically.关键词
