摘要
Abstract
Three dimensional laparoscopy improves the vision based on the standard 2D laparoscopy,which increases the three-dimensional sense of the visual field and the deep sense of the operation.It has advantages in the spatial orientation of beginners and complex operations,as well as in tissue,blood vessels and hierarchical identification,which is recognized in clinical practice.However,3D laparoscopy also has its defects,such as limited visual angle,easy to produce visual fatigue and high price,so it is still controversial in the application of gastrointestinal surgery.As a technique that has not been popularized in clinical practice,3D laparoscopy still needs a prospective clinical study to confirm its long-term effect in radical resection.关键词
