单胃动物内源氨基酸损失的测定方法及影响因素研究进展
Research Progress on Determination Methods for Endogenous Amino Acid Losses and Its Affecting Factors in Monogastric Animals
摘要
Abstract
Amino acid digestibility is an important index for evaluating the biological value of feed protein sources.Accurate estimation of the endogenous amino acid losses is necessary for precisely determination of amino acid digestibility.It can not only save the dietary protein sources and reduce the feed cost,but also alleviate environmental pollution caused by nitrogen emission.At present,its determination methods mainly include nitrogen-free diet,fasting method,differential method,enzyme hydrolyzed protein diet,regression method,homo-arginine diet and isotope marked technique,etc.And factors affecting the endogenous amino acid losses are related to animals,feeding environment,diet composition (dietary protein,fiber and antinutritional factors),detected methods and so on.In this paper,its determination methods and influencing factors were reviewed.关键词
