摘要
Abstract
The expression of genes in pork determines the type,structure and function of proteins,which determines thequality of meat.Intramuscular fat (IMF) and muscle fiber (MF) are key factors influencing the quality of meat.This reviewmainly introduces the application of high-throughput transcriptome sequencing techniques in the study of IMF and MFtranscription related to pork quality,and expounds its research progress.关键词
