Abstract
Objective To investigate deciduous dental caries among 3~6 years old preschooler in Beijing city, and provide reference basis for caries disease prevention and control. Method 6820 preschooler aged 3 ~ 6 years old from 48 kindergarten in Beijing were randomly selected as the research objects from September 2016 to June 2017. The dental cavities check by the third national oral health epidemiological survey requirements, record caries disease situation and analyzed. Result The dental caries rate of preschooler aged 3 ~ 6 years old in Beijing city was 55.60%, the mean dmft was 2.67, the filling rate was 1.86%. The dental caries rate of 3, 4, 5, 6 age group were 46.79%, 54.53%, 60.13% and 65.40% respectively, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); the mean dmft score were 1.69, 2.47, 3.07 and 4.15 respectively, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); the filling rate were 1.62%, 1.21%, 1.86% and 2.75% respectively, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The dental caries rate and the mean dmft in boys were significantly lower than girls, (P<0.05). The dental caries rate and the mean dmft of public kindergarten children were significantly lower than private kindergarten children (P<0.05), the filling rate was significantly higher than that of private kindergarten children (P<0.05). Conclusion The dental caries rate and the mean dmft were higher among 3 ~ 6 years old preschooler in Beijing city, and had low filling rate. Children aged 5~6 years, girls and private preschool children are the high-risk groups, should strengthen oral health knowledge education and early prevention.关键词
