通脉汤治疗高危人群围术期下肢深静脉血栓形成疗效分析
Curative Effect Analysis on Tongmai Decoction on Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremity in High Risk Population

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Tongrnai Decoction on deep venous thrombosis (DVT) of lower extremity in high risk patients.Methods The patients with complication of lower extremity fractures after operation (84 cases) were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (n =42).The patients in control group were treated with low molecular weight heparin.The patients in treatment group were treated with Tongmai Decoction based on the control processing.The D-dimer (D-D) indicators and blood flow indices were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rates were 95.24％ in the treatment group and 76.19％ in the control group (P =0.013).The D-D [(221.25 ± 32.78) and (152.45 ± 25.98)ng/mL],fibrinogen [(212.22 ± 22.45) and (122.36 ± 15.23) g/L],low shear rate of whole blood viscosity [(9.86 ± 1.74) and (4.36 ± 0.85) mPa · s] and high shear rate of whole blood viscosity [(5.72 ± 1.63) and (3.63 ± 0.85) mPa.s] of treatment group on day 3 and 7 after treatment were lower than those in the control group [(278.96 ± 28.96) and (211.25 ± 21.96) ng/mL,(289.36 ± 34.63) and (228.69 ± 28.36) g/L,(12.67 ± 1.46)and (9.52 ± 0.96) mPa · s,(8.37 ± 1.72)and (6.32 ± 1.21) mPa · s].Conclusion Tongrnai Decoction can effectively improve the D-D level and antiplatelet aggregation in DVT patients and improve the therapeutic effect of DVT,which is safe and reliable.关键词
