椎间孔镜BEIS技术治疗老年腰椎管狭窄症的临床分析
Clinical Analysis of Percutaneous Transforaminal Endoscopic BEIS Technology in the Treatment of Senile Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Percutaneous Transforaminal Endoscopic BEIS technology in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis in the elderly patients.Method Thirty-seven patients with lumbar spinal stenosis underwent traditional surgical treatment (control group) and 41 cases treated with BEIS technology (observation group) in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected.Clinical outcomes were evaluated by VAS scores and JOA scores.The effect of surgical treatment were evaluated by specific clinical indicators.Results The VAS scores of the two groups were not significantly different (P＞0.05) before surgery.The VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 3 days and 7 days after surgery (P＜0.05);The postoperative complication rate in the observation group was 4.8％,which was lower than that in the control group (18.9％) (P＜0.05);There was no significant difference in the JOA scores between the two groups before sugery (P＞ 0.05).The JOA scores of the observation group at 3 months and 6 months after sugery were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05).After 6 months follow-up,the excellent rate of surgical treatment in the observation group was 90.3 ％,which was higher than that in the control group (73 ％,P＜0.05).Conclusion BEIS is a safe and effective treatment for lumbar spinal stenosis in elderly patients.关键词
