鲜地黄中苯乙醇类化合物分离与鉴定
Studies on the Phenylethanoid Glycosides from the Fresh Roots of Rehmannia glutinosa

Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the fresh roots of Rehmannia glutinosa.Methods:The compounds were isolated with a combination of various column chromatography,and the structures of these compounds were elucidated by means of spectral analysis and reported data.Results:Eleven phenylethanoids were isolated and their structures were identified as 3,4-hydroxyphenyl alcohol (1),phenylethyl-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2),cistanoside C (3),cistanoside D (4),cistanoside F (5),acteoside (6),decaffeoylactecoside (7),isocistanoside F (8),jionoside C (9),alyssonoside (10) and clerodendronoside (11).Conclusion:Compounds 2 ~4,10,11 are isolated from this plant for the first time.关键词
