翠雀全草的化学成分研究
Chemical Constituents from the Delphinium grandiflorum Herbs
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents from Delphinium grandiflorum herbs.Methods:The constituents were isolated by column chromatography of silica gel,MCI gel,ODS and Sephadex LH-20,and their structures were determined on the basis of MS,NMR spectroscopic analysis,physicochemical properties and comparison with literature data.Resuhs:Ten compounds were isolated from Delphinium grandiflorum herbs,the structures were identified as benzoic acid 2-[(4-methoxy-3-methyl-1,4-dioxobutyl) amino]-methylester(1),benzoic acid 2-[(4-methoxy-2-methyl-1,4-dioxobutyl) amino]-methylester (2),8-methoxy-5,7,3',4'-tetrahydroxyflavone (3),kaempferol-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (4),3,5-dihydroxy-4'-methoxyflavon-7-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (5),tachioside (6),6-methoxycoumaxin (7),β-D-galactopyranoside-4-hydroxyphenyl (8),uridine (9) and sucrose (10).Conclusion:All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time,compounds are obtained from this genus for the first time.关键词
