Chemical Constituents of Caulophyllum robustom
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents from Caulophyllum robustom.Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and other materials.Their structures were determined by physicochemical and spectral analysis.Results:Nine compounds were isolated and identified as β-hydroxypropiovanillone-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1),β-hydroxypropiovanillone (2),p-coumaric acid(3),benzoic acid (4),(6S,9R)-roseoside (5),rel-5-(1R,5S-dimethyl-3R,4R,8S-trihydroxy-7-oxa-6-oxobicyclo-[3,2,1] oct-8-yl)-3-methyl-2Z,4E-pentadienoic acid (6),siringin (7),ligalbumoside A (8) and alangilignoside D (9).Conclusion:All the compounds isolated from Caulophyllum genus for the first time.关键词
