摘要

Abstract

Objective:To prepare the sustained release microspheres of L-tetrahydropalmatine(L-THP)by the molecular imprinting technique.Methods:L-THP was used as template,methyl acrylic acid (MAA)was used as functional monmer,ehtylene glycol dimethacrylate(EDMA) was used as a cross-linking agent to prepare the sustained release microspheres.L-THP microspheres was prepared by precipitation polymerization,and a test was conducted to investigate the performance of adsorption and drug controlled release in artificial gastric juice.Results:The experiment showed that the sustained release microspheres had specific adsorption to L-THP,the adsorption capacity was up to 1.97 μmol/g,the molecular imprinted polymers(MIPs) microspheres had obvious drug release capacity in artificial gastric juice in 5 h.Conclusion:The sustained release microspheres have a good adsorption and drug controlled release performance of L-THP.
