百笑灸联合中药治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床疗效观察
The curative effect of Baixiao Moxibustion combined Chinese medicine on pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of Baixiao moxibustion combined Chinese medicine on pedi-atric mesenteric lymphadenitis. Methods 159 children with mesenteric lymphadenitis were randomly di-vided into two groups. The control group was treated with Chinese mediane, while the treatment group with Chinese mediane combined Baixiao moxibustion. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher(93.8%) than the control group(80.8%),there was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.01). Otherwise,the symptoms in the treatment group significantly alleviated than the control group (P<0.05). Both the longitudinaldiameter(L),the transverse diameter(S),and the as-pect ratio (L/S) of the biggest mesenteric lymph nodes in the treatment group decreased (P<0.01). There was significant difference between the two groups in L and L/S(P<0.01). Conclusion Baixiao moxibustion combined Chinese medicine has remarkable curative effect in the treatment of pediatric mes-enteric lymphadenitis.关键词
