益气泻肺养血方对心衰合并贫血患者的影响
Effects of Yiqi Xiefei Yangxue Prescription on chronic heart failure pa-tients complicated with anemia

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Xiefei Yangxue Prescription on anemia in chronic heart failure(CHF) patients complicated with anemia. Methods According to the random number table method,60 CHF patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 persons in each group. The control group was treated with western routine therapy,while the treatment group was treated with western routine therapy and Yiqi Xiefei Yangxue prescription. The treatment lasted 8 weeks, NT-pro-BNP、RBC、HGB、HCT、RDW、Fe、TIBC and TS were measured before and after treatment. Re-sults The treatment group showed the clearer improvement in heart function、RBC、HGB、HCT and RDW than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Xiefei Yangxue prescription has improved the anemia in CHF patients complicated with anemia, raise the level of RBC、HGB、HCT, and reduce RDW.关键词
