李东垣内伤饮食辨治思想对现代疾病的指导
Li Dongyuan's thought of internal injury caused by diet and its meaning to guide the current diseases
摘要
Abstract
Li Dongyuan was the founder of"Strengthening Spleen and Stomach"theory, people focused on the "Yin Fire theory" and "Sheng-yang-san-huo theory" and which had been discussed many. How-ever,nowadays people suffer from spleen and stomach diseases which are always caused by improper diet habits,interestingly,all above were coincidently similar to those of Li Dongyuan's living age--Jin and Yuan dynasties, therefore, the points he raised in his books"Treatise on the spleen and stomach","LAN room secret"that"spleen and stomach injuries would lead to various diseases by impacting the whole system of the human body"need more exploring to impact and guide the current clinic practicing. In this study,the authors try to interpret Li Dongyuan's thoughts of internal injury caused by diet and aim to guide the treatment of current diseases,by analyzing the similarity of diet structure and living circum-stance by distinguishing the age of Li Dongyuan's living and present era. Therefore,tonifying middle-jiao and qi treating were used to rescue improper diet and spleen and stomach injured;treating food retention and malnutritional stagnation by smoothing qi and promoting digestion;tonifying spleen and stomach defi-ciency and clearing the flaming yin fire by his thought of"relieving fever with sweet and warm"as we know. In addition,the authors set examples of diabetes and gynecological diseases to make sense of all a-bove involved.关键词
