齿轮传动型光纤弯曲损耗位移传感器及其实验研究

摘要
Abstract
A gear transmission type optical fiber displacement sensor based on bending loss is designed,in order to improve the linearity of traditional optical fiber bending loss displacement sensor. It is proved by theory that the measured displacement is linearly related to the bending loss of fiber,and further experimental research has been done. The experimental results show that the sensitivity and the theoretical calculation results of the sensor are con-sistent. And the sensor has good linearity and measurement accuracy,so it is easy to apply in practical engineering, and has a better market prospect.关键词
