摘要

Abstract

During the measurement of alternative current (AC) signal based on quantum technologies,the sampling is the most common method.In this method,the measurement accuracy of AC voltage amplitude mainly depends on measurement accuracy of differential signals.Therefore,in this paper,the impact of quantum AC voltage steps,sample rate and window function on measurement accuracy are analyzed.Without transient process,it is observed that the relative error after compensation decreases with the increasing number of steps in case of sampling rate is constant.Accordingly,when the steps of quantum AC voltage remain the same,it shows that the relative error after compensation decreases with the increasing number of sampling rate.With transient process and noise interference,measurement accuracy is significantly improved by increasing the window function,and the measurement accuracy can be improved more than 102.
