基于博弈思想的主动配电网故障灵活分层恢复策略
A Flexible Layered Service Restoration Strategy for Active Distribution Network Based on Game Theory

Abstract
In order to accelerate the recovery calculation speed of the distribution network and consider the interests of all decision-makers, a flexible layered restoration strategy of active distribution network based on game theory is proposed, and the related model is also established including a participant layer and a Nash equilibrium layer. According to the main body involved in fault recovery, the participant layer is divided into three sub-layers: a load layer, a tie switches layer, and a sectional switches layer. At the load layer, a load shedding strategy based on the power auction model is proposed. At the tie switches layer, a coalition of tie switches and distributed generations is carried out to maximize the restoration possibility index. At the sectional switches layer, the improved ant colony algorithm is used to minimize the network loss. In the Nash equilibrium layer, the strategies of each sub-layer are combined to maximize the total interest of every participant. Based on the above mentioned layered strategy and VIKOR (VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje) algorithm, a multi-agent recovery system is used to determine the Nash equilibrium solution. According to different fault scenarios, related layers are invoked flexibly to make restoration schemes, which reduces the redundancy of restoration schemes and improves the speed of calculation. Finally, IEEE 69-node system has verified the proposed strategy.关键词
