Abstract
The performances of traditional interpolation filters cannot meet the requirements with the devel-opment of high order modulation and demodulation technology in all digital receivers.Thus,a method for designing a high performance interpolation filter is proposed by researching the frequency responses of poly-nomial functions.This design is based on approximation in the frequency domain response.It is more flexi-ble especially by using linear weighting Minimum Mean Square Error(MMSE) algorithm and optimization iterating under linear constraints by using Matlab own function.Simulation results show that the perform-ances of interpolation filters designed by this approach are better than those of filters designed by traditional methods.It is particularly well suitable for the high order Quadrature Amplitude Modulation(QAM) signal.关键词
