碳热还原法合成高密度球形LiFePO4/COA北大核心CSCDCSTPCD
High-density and spherical LiFePO4/C prepared by carbothermal reduction method
通过水热-碳热还原法,合成了高密度球形LiFePO4/C材料.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和振实密度测试发现,LiFePO4/C的振实密度得到显著提高,达到1.553 g/cm3.通过恒流充放电测试表明,适当的碳包覆能改善LiFePO4材料的电化学性能.在0.1C下,2.5~4.2 V进行充放电,首次放电比容量为137.63 mAh/g,10C时放电比容量维持在76.71 mAh/g左右.
By hydrothermal-carbothermal reduction method,the high-density and spherical LiFePO4/C materials were prepared.The SEM and tap density tests show that the materials have higher tap density,reaching 1.553 g/cm3.The constant current charge-discharge tests show the carbon coating can improve the electrochemical performance.In terms of charge/discharge curves at the cut-off voltages of 2.5 and 4.2 V,the first discharge specific capacity reaches 137.63 mAh/g at 0…查看全部>>
