摘要

Abstract

For the prepared lithium/carbon fluoride battery,lithium was used as the anode and graphite fluoride as the cathode,using 10 Ah square soft package.The safety performance was tested by the methods of short circuit,over discharge,extrusion and acupuncture.The short circuit experiment of the battery was conducted without firing,explosion and leakage phenomenon,and the battery surface temperature rise is always less than 40 ℃;when the over discharge experiment was conducted at 0.20 C to-3.0 V without firing,explosion and leakage phenomenon,and the battery surface temperature rise is less than 34 ℃;when the battery extrusion and acupuncture experiment were conducted without firing,explosion and leakage phenomenon,and the battery surface temperature rise is always less than 11 ℃.
