Effect of substrate surface morphology and characteristics on performance of solar cells
摘要
Abstract
The morphology of microcrystalline silicon solar cells with different corrosion time was studied,and the effect on the performance of the cells was studied.The multifunctional radiation type thin film deposition system was used to produce film of battery and corrupt the substrate for 0-50 s.The relationship of correlation length,surface roughness and corrosion time was analyzed to obtain the relationship of substrate scattering rate with etching time.Combined with the change of the scattering rate and electrical performance of the battery,it is concluded that the battery after corrosion for 40 s has the best conversion efficiency.The study provides reference for further optimization of microcrystalline silicon solar cells.关键词
