Evaluation of Typhoon Resilience of Distribution Network Considering Grid Reconstruction and Disaster Recovery

Abstract
Resilience is used to assess the ability to maintain and recover system performance after a severe impact,which is one of the important performance indicators of smart grid.A model for evaluating the typhoon resilience of distribution network is proposed considering grid reconstruction and disaster recovery.According to the distribution function of distribution equipment failure rate caused by different levels of typhoon disaster and the probability of different levels of typhoon disaster,the failure scene set of distribution network equipment is formed under the influence of typhoon disaster.Three modes of the centralized, decentralized and centralized decentralized are considered in the set.The ability of the distribution network is assessed to guarantee the load supply in the whole process of"disaster occurrence to grid reconstruction to disaster recovery",and the resilience is quantified by three aggregative indicators of absorbing capacity,adaptive capacity and repair capacity.Taking an IEEE 33-bus system as an example,the modeling and calculation process of resilience evaluation are introduced in detail for illustrating the feasibility of the model proposed to evaluate the resilience of distribution network.关键词
