摘要

Abstract

The phase sequential adaptive auto-reclosure is presented with the comprehensive consideration of real-time operation information of both lines.It is based on the phase sequential reclosing logic and integrated with severe permanent fault identification criterion and phase-to-phase permanent fault identification criterion.The sequential reclosing is realized by the synthetic judgment of reclosing phase and sequence.By the introduction of a complex cross line grounding fault instance,the operation of the adaptive auto-reclosure in a practical system is comprehensively analyzed.The result proves that it can increase the reclosing success rate and avoid the severe impact on the system caused by permanent fault reclosing.
