Chitosan: Regulation of Lipid Metabolism in Poultry
摘要
Abstract
Chitosan is a kind of polyglucosamine, which widespread in nature. Studies have shown that chi-tosan has biological functions such as bacteriostasis, anti-inflammation, anti-oxidation, anti-tumor and immu-nological enhancement. This article reviewed the effects of chitosan into a diet on fat digestion,fat deposition, serum biochemical parameters and fat metabolism enzyme activity and its gene expression in poultry, and dis-cussed the chitosan regulation of poultry lipid metabolism and its mechanism.关键词
