脂多糖引起炎症反应的表观遗传学机制及其营养调控
Epigenetic Mechanisms of Lipopolysaccharide-Induced Inflammation and Their Nutritional Manipulations

Abstract
In practical animal production,lipopolysaccharide widely exists in air,drinking water,feed and fe-ces. In addition, heat stress and the feeding of high concentrate diets also lead to release of more lipopolysac-charide in digestive tract. When lipopolysaccharide enters the body,it can cause inflammation. Studying molec-ular mechanisms and manipulative avenues of lipopolysaccharide-induced inflammation is of great significance for improving animal health and production performance. From an epigenetic point of view,mechanisms of in-flammation may be better understood at the molecular level. Moreover,there is a close relationship between nu-tritional factors and epigenetic alterations. This article reviewed the epigenetic mechanisms of lipopolysaccha-ride-induced inflammation and their nutritional manipulations.关键词
