Roles of Ubiquitin-Proteasome Pathway in Meiotic Division of Germ Cells and Its Mechanism
摘要
Abstract
Ubiquitin-proteasome pathway(UPP)is the main pathway of protein degradation in eukaryotic cells, and it plays a very important regulatory role in the protein interaction, protein activity, signal transduc-tion and cell cycle progression. Studies have indicated that UPP is essential for regulating meiotic homologous recombination, meiotic sex chromosome inactivation, meiotic resumption and extrusion of the first polar body in gametogenesis of human and animals. This paper summarized the signal transduction and regulation mecha-nism of UPP in the regulation of meiosis and the gametogenesis of animals in order to provide a reference for subsequent research.关键词
