摘要

Abstract

Objective To provide the basis for quality evaluation by analyzing difference of polysaccharides in the original Peach gum from different habitats. Methods The original Peach gum was cleaned,dried, grinded and screened. Then the powder was dissolved in the ultrapure water with ultrasound, and the contents of polysaccharides were determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method and UV spectrophotometry. Results The polysaccharide contents from different habitats were as follows,Yongsheng Yunnan 80.93%, Xingan Guangxi 81.31%,Lianping Guangdong 79.56%,Luoyuan Fujian 83.64%,Xishui Guizhou 84.48%, Xinfeng Jiangxi 81.52%, Suixian Hubei 77.84%, Jinyun Zhejiang 78.35%, Xuanhan Sichuan 81.14%, Yiyang Henan 81.27%, Dongguang Hebei 84.30%, Huishan Jiangsu 82.93%, Liquan Shanxi 80.82%, Xiangcheng Shandong 80.70%, and Jiangxian Shanxi 83.66%. Conclusion The total polysaccharide contents of the original Peach gum from different habitats varied greatly,and the highest are from Xishui Guizhou and Dongguang Hebei,while the lowest is from Suixian Hubei.
