千根草石油醚部位化学成分研究
Study on the chemical constituents from petroleum ether portion of Euphorbia thymifolia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the constituents of the petroleum ether fraction from Euphorbia thymifolia L. Methods By silica column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and recrystallization,the petroleum ether fraction from E. thymifolia was isolated and purified. According to the physical and chemical properties,spectral techniques,combined with the relevant literature,their structures were identified. Results Six compounds were obtained and identified as stigmast-4-ene-3-one(1), lupeol (2),5(6)-gluten-3α-ol(3), alnincanol(4), hexadecanoicacid(5),10-nonadecenoicacid(6). Conclusion Compound 1 and 3-6 were isolated from this plantfor the first time.关键词
