摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the intervening effect of sodium aescinate on pulmonary fibrosis in ALI rats.Methods The rats were randomly divided into the normal group,the model group and sodium aescinate group. The rat model of acute lung injury was induced by administration of oleic acid. Sodium aescinate group rats were intravenously injected of sodium aescinate for 14 days. The 11 rats were sacrificed at 1st and 14th day after last administration. The indexs of weight,arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2), oxygenation index (PaO2/FiO2),lung index and wet/dry ratio,IL-1β,TNF-α,PCⅢ,TGF-β1 and the lung histopathology in rats were observed.Results Compared with the model group,there was no difference in rat weight,lung index and wet/dry ratio. After treatment with sodium aescinate,the levels of PaO2and PaO2/FiO2were increased. Meantime,the levels of IL-1β,TNF-α,PCⅢ,TGF-β1 and IQA were reduced,and the lung histopathology damage was lighten. Conclusion Sodium aescinate can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,which shows a preventive effect on pulmonary fibrosis to ALI rats.
