肺磨玻璃结节的CT诊断研究进展
The advances in CT for the diagnosis of pulmonary ground-glass nodules
摘要
Abstract
Because of the increasing frequency and the high malignancy rate of pulmonary ground-glass nodules (GGN),it is crucial to further study and evaluate the CT signs of GGN.Recent advances in imaging techniques and data anal-ysis have enabled novel imaging biomarkers,such as volume,texture features,mass,and CT perfusion parameters,that can be used to evaluate GGN more comprehensively and objectively,and provide more imaging evidence for its benign or malignant diagnosis.In this paper we reviewed the CT features of GGN including nodule size,density,growth pattern,and tumor vessels,in order to improve our recognition of GGNs and diagnosis,and guide clinical follow-up and treatment strategies.关键词
